Visually inspect the property, structure, and plumbing/heating/appliance systems for Mold and Conditions Conducive to Mold Growth; perform an Indoor Air Quality scan with calibrated detection instruments for hundreds of chemical contaminants; provide a written Initial Report; Residential and Commercial up to 1500 sq. ft., add $100 per 1000 sq ft.

THERMOGRAPHIC IMAGING - starting at an additional $195.00
MOLD TESTING -- Fees vary from an additional $95.00 to $695.00 per sample, depending on the type of sample.
VOC AND HAZARDOUS GAS SAMPLING -- Fees vary from an additional $395.00 to $795.00 per sample, depending on type of sample.
